BODYPUMP LES MILLS

One of the most well-known group classes in the world, BodyPump from Les Mills is a static, pre-choreographed class, designed to challenge the main muscle groups.

It’s recognized as the locomotive of group training, recommended for those who want to develop strength and muscle toning, but also a good technique for performing loaded exercises.

The training is structured on 10 tracks, each important muscle group being worked until exhaustion. It’s definitely a class that should not be missing from your training routine!

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: BEGINNERS / MEDIUM / ADVANCED

GRIT

LesMills Grit is a complex program with a high level of intensity, inspired by the training programs of performance athletes – a total challenge.

There are 30 minutes of madness and adrenaline at maximum levels, ready to take your body to the upper limits of effort, no matter how well trained you are. It has a total metabolic effect, being recommended only to those who have a high fitness level.

CORE

Core refers to the central area of our body. The correct posture and functionality of our body are directly influenced by the stabilizing muscles that form the so-called Core area.

In the Core class we focus on training the stabilizing muscles, but also the posture ones. It is a basic training in which we stimulate in detail the abdominal muscles, but also the stabilizing muscles of the back. Postural and breathing exercises complement Core training.
